合成了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙,采用元素分析、红外光谱和液质联用等对其结构进行了表征.运用自组装技术在钢片表面形成了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜,采用金相显微镜观察了自组装膜的表面形貌,并采用静态失重试验和电化学分析手段研究了2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜在1mol/L HCl中对45#钢的缓蚀作用.结果表明,随着自组装溶液浓度的增加和自组装时间的延长,2-苯并噻唑基-4-甲氧基苯腙自组装膜的缓蚀效率逐渐增大.当自组装溶液浓度为0.1mol/L、时间为18h时,缓蚀效果达到最佳.
