采用微乳液法合成了La0.9Ba0.1Er0.85 Mg0.15O3-α固体电解质材料的共沉淀前躯体,通过初烧和烧结制得致密的La0.9Ba0.1Er0.85 Mg0.15O3-α陶瓷样品.XRD分析结果表明该样品已形成了单一的LaErO3钙钛矿斜方相结构.采用交流阻抗谱、氢浓差电池及氢的电化学透过等电化学方法研究了样品在500~1000℃下氢气气氛中的导电性质.结果表明,该样品在此条件下具有良好的质子导电性能.以该陶瓷样品为固体电解质,成功地进行了常压合成氨试验,氨的最高产率为1.2×10-9mol/(s·cm2).
The coprecipitate precursor of La0.9 Ba0.1 Er0.85 Mg0.15 O3-α solid electrolyte material was prepared by mi-croemulsion method and the dense ceramic sample was obtained by calcining and sintering the precursor. XRD results comform that the ceramics belong to a single orthorhombic phase of perovskite. The conducting behav-iors were studied by using AC impedance spectra, hydrogen concentration cell and electrochemical hydrogen pe-meation methods at 500-1000℃ in hydrogen gas atmosphere. It is found that the sample has good proton con-duction under the conditions. Ammonia was synthesized at atmospheric preesure successfully by using La0.9 Ba0.1 Er0.85 Mg0.18 O3-α as solid electrolyte and the highest rate of ammonia formation is 1.2×10-9 mol/(s·cm2).
