采用循环伏安法在不锈钢表面电化学合成导电聚苯胺薄膜,通过极化曲线测试研究了扫描电位上限、扫描速率、扫描循环次数和聚合液浓度等电化学聚合参数对不锈钢表面导电聚苯胺膜的耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,合成条件对聚苯胺膜的耐蚀性能影响显著.循环伏安法合成聚苯胺膜的最佳工艺条件为:聚合液浓度0.1 mol/L苯胺+0.3 mol/LH2SO4,循环电位区间-0.2~0.9 V,扫速10 mV/s,扫描3个循环.聚苯胺膜在0.5 mol/LH2SO4中比在3.5%NaCl溶液中对不锈钢有更强的保护作用.扫描电镜观察表明,聚苯胺膜具有颗粒状和纤维状结构.
