为了提高不锈钢着色膜的均匀性和光亮度，在着色液中添加非离子表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚（OP-10），测定了不同OP-10用量时不锈钢着色的电位．时间曲线，研究了OP．10用量对不锈钢着色膜质量的影响。结果表明：增加OP-10用量有利于控制着色膜颜色，进而提高着色膜颜色的重现性，且着色膜裂纹变少、变浅，着色膜更加平整；OP-10用量超过6．250mL／L时，电位不稳定，着色电位差无法控制，试片暗淡无光；OP-10适宜的添加量为6．250mL／L；在着色液中加入OP-10，着色膜性能提高，符合工业生产简便、成本低的要求。
