利用水热法合成了三元配合物[Ni(pht)2(pn)2](Hpht:苯妥英;pn:1,2-丙二胺),通过电子吸收光谱法、溴化乙锭( EB)荧光分析法以及粘度测定研究了此种配合物与DNA的作用。结果表明:此种配合物与DNA作用时,其电子吸收光谱的最大吸收峰产生减色效应,配合物能猝灭EB-DNA体系的荧光,同时,配合物也能使DNA体系的粘度增大,表明此种配合物与DNA存在插入结合作用。
The title complex [Ni(pht)2(pn)2](Hpht:5,5-Diphenylhydantion);pn:1,2-propanediamine)was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The interaction of the complex and calf thymus DNA( CT-DNA) was studied by electronic absorption,ethidium bromide( EB) fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The result indicated that the maximal absorption intensity of this complex was weakened;At the same time,it can to some ex-tent quench the emission intensity of EB-DNA system and viscosity was increased. The interaction between the com-plex and CT-DNA was confirmed the effect of intercalation complex into DNA double helix.
