TBABCHS(ClathrateHydrateSlurry)是一种适用于空调工况的潜热输送载冷剂,可以大幅度降低冷量输送的功耗。本文以其流变特性为研究重点,通过实测水平管内层流数据,判断切应力r和剪切速率γ之间的关系,发现A型CHS完全符合Bingham塑性流体特征。本文结论对于深入剖析CHS流阻特性提供了理论指导,同时可为数值计算提供必要的参考。
TBAB Clathrate hydrate slurry (CHS) performs an excellent energy saving effect in the latent heat transportation air conditioning system, by reducing pump energy consumption as secondary refrigeration. In this paper, its rheological behavior was experimentally studied. Based on flow resistance data in laminar flow region, relation between shear stress r and shear rate Bawas obtained, and that's exactly consisteut with Bingham non-Newton fluid model. The conclusion can provide guides for further investigation of flow properties and numerical computation.
