采用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)和巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(MPTES)对腈纶(PAN)纤维进行改性,在其表面形成一种具有活性的自组装膜,该膜在化学镀银时可使银粒子定向沉积到纤维表面,无需粗化、敏化、活化等工艺.探讨了硝酸银浓度、葡萄糖用量、化学镀温度和时间对化学镀银沉积速率及电阻的影响,获得了较佳的工艺条件:硝酸银25 g/L,葡萄糖50 g/L,温度45℃,时间50 min.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、能谱分析(EDS)等方法分别表征了改性前后腈纶纤维及改性后腈纶纤维化学镀银的表面形貌、晶体结构和元素组成,测试了改性纤维化学镀银后的耐蚀性能.结果表明,改性后的腈纶纤维在较佳条件下获得的银镀层均匀致密,电阻<1 Ω/cm,在0.1 mol/L HCl和NaOH以及30 g/L NaCl溶液中浸泡24 h后电阻变化较小,具有较好的耐腐蚀性能.
