针对连续4批1215MS盘条均存在翘皮缺陷的现象,首先调查了该4批盘条对应浇次连铸坯投轧盘条情况,排除了整个浇次钢坯均存在质量问题的可能。接着对化学元素、皮下气泡、炼钢工艺和轧制工艺等翘皮影响因素进行了排查,筛选出产生本次翘皮的重点嫌疑因素:轧制温度、钢坯表面质量、夹杂物。然后通过生产试验和实验室研究,确定了产生翘皮的主要因素,最后通过生产实践进行了验证。结果表明,本次1215MS易切削钢盘条翘皮与轧制温度、钢的洁净度相关,与钢坯针孔、振痕无明显相关性。适当提高轧制温度可避免产生盘条翘皮。

There are warping in 4 consecutive batches of 1 2 1 5 MS free cutting steel wire rode .Firstly ,the result of investi-gation on the quality of the other batches of wire rode made from the same cast number billets which the 4 batches belong to excludes the possibility of the whole cast billets with quality problem.Secondly ,factors warping concern eg.composition, rimhole,smelt and rolling process are investigated.From which rolling temperature,billets surface quality,inclusion has become the focus of the suspected factors.Thirdly ,the main factor is determined by production and research,and con-firmed by production finally.The results show that 1 2 1 5 MS free cutting steel wire rode warping is caused by rolling tem-perature and purity of steel,there is no evident relation between warping and billet surface defects as bin-hole,oscillation mark.Higher rolling temperature can avoid the wire rode warping defect occur.
