本文对于二维多孔热密封材料的有效导热系数模拟提出一种简单有效的方法,它可以模拟介于固相连续和固相不连续之间的任何形式的孔隙分布结构,通过类比多孔渗流模型得出一种相关系数,再根据热阻串并联的关系计算四种可计算模型的有效导热系数,通过相关系数得到具体模型的有效导热系数。本文的模拟方法可以控制孔隙率、孔径、孔隙分布、温度等影响有效导热系数的重要参数,考虑了辐射的影响,而且模拟简单,计算快速,模拟结果与文献中实验的结果相比较能很好的吻合,验证了本文方法的正确性。
A simple and effective method was presented for two-dimensional effective thermal conductivity of heat sealing porous material here,which can be used to simulate the structure of pore distribution in any form range between solid-phase continuous and discontinuous media.By analogy to porous flow model,we could get a kind of correlation coefficients.According to the relationship of the series and parallel thermal resistance,the effective thermal conductivity of the four computable models were calculated,Then the effective thermal conductivity of the specific model was obtained by the correlation coefficient.This method can control some important parameters affecting the effective thermal conductivity a lot,such as the porosity,pore size,pore distribution and temperature, Moreover,it has taken the effects of radiation into account and shares simple simulation and fast calculation.The simulation results match to the experimental results in the literature well,verifying the correctness of this method.
