对溶盐前驱体注入等离子体液相喷涂制备纳米结构涂层的研究进展进行了综述.介绍了液体原料注入等离子体喷涂的过程及机理,对采用液相喷涂方法制备纳米结构涂层的优异性能以及存在的问题进行了分析,并对其应用及进一步的发展进行了展望.
