电铸镍及镍基合金具有很多优异的性能,如高硬度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性、韧性及良好的力学性能等,具有广阔的应用前景.本文综述了近年来镍及镍基合金(包括镍锰、镍钴、镍铁、镍磷和镍铜合金)电铸的研究现状与发展趋势.
