通过甲苯二异氰酸酯依次与3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂(KH550)和聚乙二醇(PEG)反应合成了含有不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇结构单元的硅烷.采用溶胶-凝胶法,用自制的PEG硅烷对不锈钢表面进行修饰.由衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)可以看出,金属表面的C、Si元素含量增加,金属元素含量减少且有与硅烷相对应的红外吸收峰;接触角随着硅烷中PEG相对分子质量的增加而逐渐减小,但当PEG相对分子质量为6000时,接触角有所增大.电化学阻抗测量和浸泡试验结果表明,随着聚乙二醇链段相对分子质量的增大,改性后钢板的耐蚀性增强.
