采用直接沉淀法制备出粒径为10nm以下的二氧化锡(SnO2)颗粒,将其作为前躯体采用CVD法原位生长碳纳米管,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等方法观察了该复合物的微观结构,对其生长机理做出了合理的推断.
