利用高强钛合金相及相界面电子结构参数的统计值、结合制备工艺及相变,提出高强钛合金抗拉强度理论计算公式,即高强钛合金的抗拉强度应为基体(-Ti的强度与合金元素的固溶强化、界面强化(涵盖析出强化)产生的强化强度增量之和.以西北有色金属研究院设计的高强亚稳(钛合金Ti-B20的实验研究为基础,分别计算Ti-B20合金在(相区固溶处理、(+(相区固溶处理及780 ℃固溶+时效处理后的抗拉强度,计算结果与实验研究符合较好.
