纳米级的钛酸锶钡(BST)陶瓷材料在电子、微波器件、存储元件等现代科技领域有着重要的应用,是一类成分和性能可调节的新型无机功能材料.在介绍BST的传统制备方法基础上,主要介绍了近几年国外制备BST纳米粉体采用的几种新型高效方法,并简要介绍了国外纳米BST材料的结构、形貌表征、性能检测和应用现状,指出了国内在这一领域研究中的不足之处.
