植物提取液用作金属缓蚀剂具有环保、成本低等优点,而目前还未见刺五加提取物作为缓蚀剂的报道.采用浸提方式得到刺五加提取物(ASE),并以其作为缓蚀剂,利用失重法、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱研究了其对Q235钢在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能,并对缓蚀分子的吸附和腐蚀动力学过程进行探讨,以期为开发和利用植物型酸洗缓蚀剂提供依据.结果表明:ASE对钢腐蚀反应有明显抑制作用,属于混合型缓蚀剂;缓蚀性能随浓度的增大而增强,随温度升高而下降;ASE分子在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,且主要吸附在腐蚀反应活化能较低的活性点上.
