通过巨噬细胞、纤维原细胞、造骨细胞与DLC的相互作用以及动物实验,结果表明,DLC具有良好的组织相容性.从粘附的清蛋白/纤维蛋白原的量之比、动态凝血时间、血小板粘附试验的结果,得出了DLC具有优良的血液相容性的结论.最后,展望了其在微创介入治疗方面的应用前景.
