采用单体浓度梯度加入法合成了具有梯度壳层的核壳结构,可用于木器涂料的硅丙乳液。考察了乳化体系、聚合工艺、有机硅预聚物的引入、软/硬单体比等因素对乳液和漆膜性能的影响,用透射电镜测定了乳胶粒子形态。研究表明:OP-10/SDS/MS-1为最佳乳化体系,有机硅预聚物与其他单体一次性混合引入,软/硬比为1∶2时,所制得乳液的综合性能良好。固含量为45%,成膜温度为48℃,附着力为1级,硬度为2H,乳胶粒子有明显的核壳结构。

Gradual core-shell silicone-acrylic emulsions for water-based wood coating were prepared by the gradual monomer dropping polymerization method.Influences of emulsifier,polymerization method,organosilicon oligomer,soft /hard monomer ratio etc on the performances of emulsions and coating films were investigated.Particle size distribution and morphology were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results show that emulsion with excellent properties could be prepared when the composite emulsifier system is OP-10/SDS/MS-1,organosilicon oligomer is totally mixed with other monomers,and the soft/hard monomer ratio is 1∶2.Solid content of emulsion is 45%,minimum film-forming temperature(MFFT) is 48℃,adhesion is grade 1,pencil hardness is 2H,emulsion particles have an obvious core-shell structure.
