材质为40Cr的螺栓在使用过程中发生断裂,为探索断裂原因,用光电直读光谱仪、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对该螺栓断裂处进行了化学成分、宏观、微观等分析。研究结果表明:螺栓的化学成分符合产品的技术要求,螺栓断裂主要是由于其表面脱碳以及头部和杆部结合处应力集中所致。在以上分析的基础上提出了相应的改进措施。
In order to ascertain the fracture reason of screw made of 40 Cr steel,chemical composition,macrostructure,microstructure of the screw were analyzed by means of optical emission spectrometer,light microscope and SEM.The results showed that the chemical composition of the screw can meet the technical requirements of the product,but the surface decarburization and the stress concentration of the joint area of the head and stem are the major causes of the fracture.Based on the analysis,improvement measures are put forward.
