根据海藻酸钠作为药物载体材料的改性方法不同,分析了近几年国内外的研究成果,主要阐述了海藻酸钠的共混改性和化学改性及各自的载药性能,分析了改性材料在药物载体领域的应用上存在的优势与不足,并展望了海藻酸钠的改性方法及应用.
