采用感应加热淬火加电炉高温回火的方式对规格为45mm的42CrMo钢棒材进行了调质处理,并通过3种不同的工艺对比分析了加热温度、冷却强度、均热时间等工艺参数对棒材力学性能和微观组织的影响。分析结果显示,42CrMo棒材经900℃感应加热、均热60s淬火、570℃电炉回火后,显微组织均匀细小,回火索氏体含量较高,综合性能最好。

42CrMo bars with 45mm diameter were treated through induction heating, quenching-and-tempering in electron furnace. The effects of heating temperature, cooling intensity and soaking time on the mechanical property and microstructure were analyzed through the comparison of three different processes. The results show that 42CrMo bars which were quenching after induction heat at 900℃ for 60s, followed by tempering at 570℃, have finer grain size, more tempered sorbite and good over-all mechanical properties.
