本文引入金属塑性变形传播概念,利用光弹法测定了两种钢的塑性变形传播速度。研究表明,在循环载荷下金属塑性变形传播的快慢,不仅与金属的晶体类型、组织结构等内在因素有关,而且还受到加载频率、应力集中等外在因素的影响.面心立方结构的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢塑性变形传播速度大大高于体心立方结构的40Cr钢。加载速度效应,本质上应与金属的塑性变形传播速度相联系。

The plastic deformation propagation speeds of steels are determined by using photo-elastic coating and high speed photography method.The results indicate that the plastic deformation propagation speed of metal under cyclic loading is related to not only internal factors of crystal lattice and microstructure etc, but also external factors, such as loading frequency, stress concentration etc. The plastic deformation propagation speed of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with face-centred cubic lattice is greatly higher than that of 40Cr steel with body-centred cubic lattice.
