设计并采用常规熔铸法制备出由σ相Fe9Cr9Si2三元金属硅化物和铁基固溶体α组成的双相新型耐磨合金,其显微组织由Fe9Cr9Si2基体和项链状颗粒弥散分布的α增1韧相组成.由于基体Fe9Cr9Si2的高硬度及弥散相α良好的增韧作用,合金表现出优异的室温干滑动耐磨性能.磨损过程中在磨损表面形成独特的氧化颗粒覆盖层,覆盖层是合金具有优异耐磨性能的重要原因.
