    自行设计和制造了一套高速喷射式冲刷腐蚀实验装置.该装置配有灵活的喷射距离和攻角调节系统,最高喷射流速可达50 m/s.采用凸轮泵解决了介质输送过程中的脉动和固相颗粒的输送难题,采用储液槽底部回流喷射较好地解决了固体颗粒的悬浮问题,通过加热和冷却系统可实现温度的控制,并实现了电化学参数的实时测量.利用该装置进行的失重和电化学测量结果表明,测量结果重复性、稳定性较好,该装置可适用于苛刻条件下的冲刷腐蚀研究.

    A set of jet apparatus for erosion-corrosion test was designed and made.The impingement distance and angle can be controlled in this apparatus.The maximum impingement velocity can be up to 50m/s.Troubles related with flow pulsation of slurries and transport of solid particles were solved by using a rotary lobe pump.Suspension of the solid particles was implemented by using a recycle pump.Heating and cooling devices were also equipped.Electro chemical parameters can be in-situ measured in this system.The results of cumulative mass loss,Rp and polarization curves indicated that the apparatus can provide data with good repeatability and stability.The apparatus can be used in erosion-corrosion research under severe conditions.
