分析不锈钢中合金元素对不锈钢凝固特性、高温热特性的影响及对连铸结晶器工艺和设备的要求。重点说明了不锈钢板坯对连铸结晶器结构和配置的要求,提出浇铸不锈钢时结晶器应具有的功能和设备条件,为不锈钢结晶器功能设计提供参考和依据。

Solidification characteristics and performance under high temperature based on the function of alloying agent in stainless steel were analyzed and its demand to continuous casting mold process and equipment was discussed. The requirement to configuration of mold was set forth. The function and condition of stainless steel mold were presented, which provided reference and support for designing stainless steel mold.
