以含硼酚醛树脂为碳前驱体,通过溶剂挥发诱导自组装制备了含硼中孔炭.利用低温氮气吸脱附、小角X射线散射、透射电镜等分析手段对中孔炭样品进行了结构表征,并采用三电极体系对中孔炭样品进行了电化学性能测试.讨论了硼掺杂量对中孔炭的孔结构及电化学性能的影响.结果表明:随硼含量增加,中孔炭孔径缩小且有序度降低.硼质量分数为0.3%时,中孔炭在电流密度为75mA·g-1下的单位面积比电容达到0.51 F·m-2,是未掺杂样品的1.9倍,并且仍能够保持有序的孔道结构.
