采用聚合物溶液的热致相分离技术,并通过冷冻干燥制备出具有开放状网络孔洞结构的低密度全氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫.采用扫描电镜对泡沫结构进行表征,结果表明,在密度为0.02 g/cm3~0.2 g/cm3时,其平均孔径对应为0.2 μm~10 μm.利用1H-核磁共振、应力-应变实验和热分析仪器对最终氘代聚苯乙烯泡沫的氘代率、力学性能和热稳定性能进行了分析.
