在双轴柔性滚弯技术原理的基础上,针对小直径开缝衬套的制备,对现有机床夹具进行改进设计,以简化制备的操作步骤,提高制备效率。提出总体改进方案,详细说明双轴承辅助支撑部位、转动臂、对准块的设计和弹簧的选用。基于Adams软件对改进夹具进行动力学仿真,通过刚性轴质心Y方向坐标变动曲线、刚性轴与转动臂接触段质心Y方向变动曲线,验证了夹具夹持的稳定性和取件操作的可行性。
According to the preparation of small-diameter split sleeves,the design on rigid-axle fixture was improved based on two-axle bending to simplify the process and increase efficiency. Firstly,the overall design of the fixture was proposed,and the design of double bearing auxiliary support part,rotational part,alignment and spring was given in detail. Secondly,through the Adams dynamics simulation of the fixture,displacement curves in Y-direction of rigid-axle CM(center of mass)and the contact segment CM with rotational part were obtained. The curves verify the stability of holding and feasibility of operation.
