以湖北钟祥的累托石为基质粘土,氧氯化锆(ZrOCl_2·8H_2O)为锆源配制聚合锆离子(柱化剂),稀溶液法制备锆基柱撑累托石矿物材料,通过XRD、FTIR、TG-DSC、SEM和BET等手段对其进行表征.锆基柱撑累托石的层间距(d_(001))室温下为3.0~3.2nm,煅烧500℃层间距可达3.1nm;FTIR分析得出柱撑累托石中蒙皂石晶层的Si-O四面体层和锆聚合阳离子形成了稳定的[Si-O]-[H(O)-Zr]键;TG-DSC特征揭示锆基柱撑累托石结构破坏的吸热率为418J/g,比累托石的吸热率256J/g提高了134J/g;锆基柱撑累托石的比表面积是累托石的比表面积的10倍,这些特征皆说明锆基柱撑累托石矿物材料比累托石具有好的耐温性和表面活性,预示其有更好的应用前景.
The stable zirconium polycations are synthesized at room temperature with zirconium oxychlorination(ZrOCl_2·8H_2O).The Zr-pillared rectorite is prepared using these pillaring-agents and rectorite that came from Zhong Xing,Hu Bei province.The Zr-pillared rectorite was characterized by XRD,FTIR,TGDSC,SEM and BET.The interlayer spacing of Zr-pillared rectorite is 3.0~3.2nm at room temperature,basal interlayer spacing is 3.1nm when it was calcinated at 500℃.The stable[Si-O]-[H(O)-Zr]chemical bond is formed between zirconium polycations and[SiO_4] of rectorite,which was confirmed by FTIR study.The absorptivity of Zr-pillared rectorite is 418J/g,134J/g higher than rectorite(256J/g).The specific surface area of Zr-pillared rectorite is 10 times of rectorite.It is indicated that Zr-pillared rectorite mineral material possesses good temperature resistance and surface activity,indicating its potential applications.
