测定了钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土、粘土、氧化镁和水泥粉等候选回填材料在封闭洞室中自然吸水条件下的性能,研究了16MnR钢片在5种回填材料中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,回填材料的含水率、Cl-含量和pH值是影响16MnR钢片腐蚀速率的主要因素.16MnR钢片的腐蚀速率随着回填材料厚度的增加而降低,在氧化镁和水泥粉中的腐蚀速率明显小于在钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土中的腐蚀速率.回填厚度超过12 cm时,氧化镁和水泥粉中钢片的腐蚀速率仅为同样高度钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土中钢片腐蚀速率的1/10.氧化镁和水泥粉的回填厚度超过5 cm,或者钠基膨润土、钙基膨润土和粘土的回填厚度超过12cm时,填埋在它们当中的16MnR钢片的腐蚀速率均小于挂片的大气腐蚀速率.
