热镀锌线的锌层厚度控制是一个非常关键的问题,由于过程对象存在时变大滞后、非线性、多变量干扰的特性,经常造成镀厚偏差过大且严重不均的现象。在分析锌层厚度与气刀压力、气刀距离和带钢速度关系的基础上,提出自适应前馈控制、平均镀厚反馈和倾斜反馈相结合的控制策略,通过控制气刀压力、气刀与带钢表面距离以及气刀两侧位置,实现了锌层厚度的自动精确控制。生产数据表明,此控制模型能够有效地解决锌层厚度控制中上述难点,不仅能够满足高质量控制精度要求,而且实现了锌层厚度从手动调整向自动控制的实际应用。

Zinc coating weight control was one of the most critical issues for continuous galvanizing line.The process had large variable-time delay,nonlinear,multivariable disturbance,so it would result in seriously coating weight error and non-uniform coating.Based on relative analysis of coating weight with air knife pressure,distance between air knives and strip speed,the model of adaptive feed-forward control,average coating weight and skew feedback control were presented.An accurate and uniform zinc coating weight control was realized through controlling automatically air-knife pressure,distance between air knife and strip and both sides position of air knife.From product results,the precise and stability control model can resolve effectively the above difficulties.The control model used in product application not only satisfy high quality control requirement but also realize change from manual adjustment to automation control on coating weight.
