电镀生产中高COD废水主要来源于前处理除蜡、化学除油、电解除油的漂洗水和废液.按照清洁生产要求,提出其解决途径是正确选择除蜡除油剂(粉),以及除蜡除油槽要配套油水分离设备.给出了一些应用实例.

Rinsing water for dewaxing and chemical/electrolytic degreasing in pretreatment and their spent solutions are the main sources of high COD wastewater discharged from electroplating process. The measures for solving the problem were presented according to the requirements of cleaner production, including proper selection of dewaxing/degreasing agents (powders) and installation of oil/water separation equipment for dewaxing/degreasing tanks. Some application examples were given.
