应用小波分析理论研究了"304不锈钢/NaCl+HCl溶液"体系在慢应变速率试验过程中,自腐蚀电位信号的奇异性。结果表明,对于"304不锈钢/NaCl+HCl溶液"体系,自腐蚀电位信号第二类间断点的群现是应力腐蚀裂纹扩展的表现,预示体系处于不稳定状态。这对于工业腐蚀监控,预测构件的应力腐蚀失效具有重要的应用前景。
The wavelet transform theory was applied to investigate the correlation of the characteristics of the free corrosion potential signals and corrosion mechanism in the SSRT (slow strain rate test) of type 304 stainless steel.
