以钼酸铵、硝酸铋为原料,采用柠檬酸络合溶胶-凝胶法制备钼酸铋,研究了不同煅烧温度对钼酸铋催化性能的影响.利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)以及紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)对制备的钼酸铋样品进行结构、形貌、化学价态、光吸收性能表征.结果表明:400 ℃煅烧时,样品中有Bi2O3杂质相,当温度高于450℃时,制备的样品为纯钼酸铋;且随着煅烧温度升高,样品结晶度增强,晶体粒径逐渐增大.当煅烧温度为450℃时,制备的钼酸铋样品光催化效果最好,光照50 min,当催化剂用量0.05 g时,对RhB溶液的降解率可达75.55%.

Bismuth molybdate (Bi2 MoO6) was prepared by citric acid sol-gel process using ammonium molibdate and bismuth nitrate as raw materials.Influence of different calcination temperatures on photocatalytic activity of the Bi2MoO6 to degradation of Rhodamine B was investigated.Structure,morphology,chemical valence and properties of optical absorption of the Bi2MoO6 crystallites were characterized by means of SEM,XRD,TEM,XPS and UV-Vis DRS.The results show that when the calcination temperature is 400 ℃,the Bi2O3 impurity phase is observed in the sample,and the pure bismuth molybdate is obtained when the calcination temperature is higher than 450 ℃.The crystallinity degree of the samples is enhanced and the crystal grain grows gradually with the calcination temperature increasing.The photocatalytic effect of the Bi2 MoO6 is the best when the calcination temperature is 450 ℃,and the degradation rate of Rhodamine B is about 75.55% after illumination for 50 min when the catalyst dosage is 0.05 g.
