通过采用不同的润滑条件、压下率、退火温度,研究了DC03冷轧微碳钢冷轧和退火过程沿钢板厚度方向织构的形成和演变机制,结果表明冷轧时使用全润滑轧制,当压下率为75%,退火温度为750℃时,可得到最佳的r值。

Formation and evolution mechanism of texture of DC03 cold-rolling micron-carbon steel along thickness are studied during cold-rolling and annealing under different lubrication conditions,reduction radios and annealing temperatures.The results show that the best r value can be obtained when completely lubricated rolling is used during cold-rolling,the reduction radio is 75%,and annealing temperature is 750 ℃.
