摘要：对济钢第三炼钢厂VAI大板坯连铸机生产中铸坯出现缺陷的实际情况进行了分析，研究了铸坯各种缺陷产生的主要原因，提出了预防措施，大大提高了铸坯质量。
ABSTRACT:The cause of the default on Iron and Steel Grope Co. VAI Slab caster were analyzed.Countermeasures were put forward and performed,So the default of slab were reduced remarkably.
