以壳聚糖与1,2-环氧丙烷为原料,以四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂合成羟丙基化壳聚糖(HPCS),之后丙交酯与羟丙基化壳聚糖以不同的比例以钛酸四丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)等为催化剂,在二甲基亚砜中合成羟丙基壳聚糖接枝聚乳酸(HPCS-g-PLLA).用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热失重分析(TG)测试等手段对接枝共聚物的物理及化学性质进行了表征,壳聚糖接枝后其结晶性降低,热分解温度从281℃降低到212℃.溶解性实验表明,羟丙基壳聚糖接枝聚乳酸在二甲基亚砜等有机溶剂中有很好的溶解性.
