为了解决高压电器户外零件单纯使用环氧树脂电泳漆膜层出现的耐候性差的问题,将环氧树脂电泳漆和丙烯酸电泳漆按照一定比例混合,在Q195碳钢表面制备了复合电泳膜层。讨论了2种电泳漆的混合比例对复合膜耐蚀性和耐候性的影响,研究了电泳工艺对漆膜厚度与外观的影响,确定了较佳的电泳工艺条件:m(环氧)/m(丙烯酸)=0.5∶1.0,电泳电压130 V,温度30°C,时间180 s。在此条件下制得的复合膜结合力佳,中性盐雾试验超过720 h不出现红锈,紫外老化试验300 h未出现粉化、裂纹等不良现象,满足高压电器零件户外使用的要求。

A composite electrophoretic coating was prepared by mixing the epoxy electrophoretic paint and acrylic electrophoretic paint with a certain proportion to resolve the problem of poor weather resistance of the pure epoxy electrophoretic coating on the surface of outdoor parts of high-voltage electrical apparatus. The influence of the blending ratio of epoxy electrophoretic paint to acrylic electrophoretic paint on the corrosion and weather resistance of the composite coating was discussed. The effect of the electrophoresis process on the thickness and appearance of coating was studied. The preferable electrophoresis process conditions were obtained as follows: mass ratio of epoxy paint to acrylic paint 0.5:1.0, electrophoresis voltage 130 V, temperature 30 °C, and time 180 s. The composite coating prepared under the optimized conditions has good adhesion, and can endure over 720 h in neutral salt spray test before the occurrence of red rust and suffers no chalking or cracking-off after ultraviolet aging test for 300 h, meeting the outdoor use requirement of the parts of high-voltage electrical apparatus.
