本文采用数值方法,研究在几何大弯角扩压叶栅中,分流叶片的主要设计参数(长度和周向位置)对叶栅气动性能的影响.对比具有不同分流叶片轴向长度和周向偏置的叶栅气动性能,结果表明:分流叶片的主要气动作用是增加气流折转角,提高叶栅的做功能力,而不增加叶栅内流动损失.分流叶片长度大于主叶片表面流动分离区长度时,分离叶片才能起到作用.分流叶片向主叶片吸力面偏置15%节距,对抑制边界层分离的作用更好,流动损失较低.

Diffusive cascade of large cambered airfoils is numerically analyzed to study the effects of splitter blade schemes.Various chord lengths and pitchwise positions of splitter blades are compared for their influences on the cascade flow performances.Results have shown that the main aerodynamic function of splitter blade is to increase the flow's turning and keep the flow losses from steep rising.Splitter blade operates positively when it covers the flow separation region on the main blade suction surface.It suppresses the boundary layer separation better when it is located at 35 percent of pitch from the main blade suction side than it is at the passage center line.
