采用氧乙炔火焰喷涂方法,在AZ31B镁合金表面喷涂Al分别添加5%、10%、15%的(AlB12+Al2O3)复合涂层,并对复合涂层进行热压处理;采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察复合涂层的微观组织,X射线衍射仪(XRD)检测涂层的物相,电化学工作站测试复合涂层的耐蚀性,显微硬度检测复合涂层的硬度,摩擦磨损机检测涂层的耐磨性能.结果表明:随着(AlB12+ Al2O3)含量的增加,复合涂层的孔隙率及孔洞减少,涂层致密;腐蚀电位从-1.5V升高到-1.15 V,腐蚀电流从8.66×10-4A/cm2降到2.82×10-4A/cm2;硬度从66 HV增加到225 HV;磨痕也是从深到浅.综上所述,(AlB12+Al2O3)复合涂层显著改善了镁合金的耐磨和耐蚀性能.

Al added 5%,10% and 15% (AlB12 + Al2O3) composite coatings were prepared on AZ31B magnesium alloy surface by oxyacetylene flame spraying method,and the composite coatings were treated by hot pressing.Microstructure,phase,corrosion resistance,hardness and wear resistance of the composite coatings were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),electrochemical work station,microhardness test and friction and wear machine,respectively.The results show that with the increasing of (AlB12 + Al2O3) content,the porosity and porosity of the composite coatings decrease,and the coating density increases.Corrosion potential of the composite coatings increases from-1.5 V to-1.15 V,the corrosion current decreases from 8.66 × 10-4 A/cm2 to 2.82 × 10-4 A/cm2;hardness increases from 66 HV to 225 HV;wear marks are also from deep to shallow.In summary,the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the AZ31B magnesium alloy are significantly improved by the (AlB12 + Al2O3) composite coating.
