利用定向凝固装置,在固-液界面前沿温度梯度很高的条件下, 在生长速度R=6.0-20.0μm/s的范围内制得了定向规则排列的自生复合Al_(11)La_3/Al共晶材料、并测得在此凝固条件下处于极值状况生长的共晶体?/R=1.42×10~(-8)cm~3/s利用TEM对该共晶体的选区衍射表明:共晶两相的择优取向为[100]Al∥331Al_(11)La_3,惯态平面为:(002)Al∥(116)Al_(11)La_3Al_(11)La_3,相生长前沿的(103)晶面孪晶生长,导致Al_(11)La_3相分枝,从而调整共晶片层间距λ
In situ eutectic Al_(11)La_3 / Al composite material with regular orientation wasprepared by zone melt liquid metal cooling equipment of directional solidification under con-dition of high temperature gradient 700 K / cm and growth rate 6.0-20.0μm/s. Superposediffraction pattern of Al_(11)La_3/Al composite shows that preferred growth direction is(100)Al / (331) Al_(11)La_3, and habit plane is (002)Al/(116)Al_(11)La_3. A low density (103) twinis observed in Al_(11)La_3 and the growth of (103) twin induces to branching to change theinterlamellar spacing.
