本文通过介孔纳米γ-Al2O3处理包钢总排中水中SO42-、Cl-、Ca2+用于高炉循环冷却水动态试验,确定影响介孔纳米γ-Al2O3吸附效果的因素,即通水时间和流量。结果表明:当pH=5,通水时间为10min,流量为15L/h时,SO42+去除率达到88%;当pH=5,通水时间为10min,流量为60L/h时,Cl-去除率达到75%;当pH=11,通水时间为10min,流量为60L/h时,Ca2+去除率达到84%。
The thesis identified factors which influenced meso-structured nanometer γ-Al2O3 absorption effectiveness, that was water flux time and rate, through dynamic experiment of meso-structured nanometer γ-Al2O3 dealing with SO42-、Cl-、Ca2+ from reusing Zongpai water of used blast furnace circulating cooling water of Baogang. The results showed that SO42- removal rate was 88% when pH=5, flux time was 10 min and flux rate was 15L/h; Cl- removal rate was 75%when pH=5, flux time was 10 min and flux rate was 60L/h; Ca2+ removal rate was 84% when pH=11, flux time was 10 min and flux rate was 60L/h.
