电镀锌片经钛盐溶液处理后用硅烷溶液封闭形成复合膜,通过扫描电镜、能谱、中性盐雾试验、电化学极化曲线、傅里叶红外光谱和接触角测量,研究了封闭前后镀锌片的防腐性能,探讨了复合膜的形成机理.结果表明,经过硅烷封闭处理的电镀锌片表面形成了由钛盐转化膜、硅氧烷和疏水性硅烷组成的灰色复合膜,膜层致密、耐腐蚀,盐雾试验49h时的腐蚀面积小于5%,水接触角由封闭前的19.20°增大到102.49°.
