采用电化学方法,研究了8-羟基喹啉修饰Fe-W非晶镀层工艺 及其耐蚀性.通过恒压阳极氧化,在Fe-W非晶合金表面形成8-羟基喹啉修饰膜,但膜层耐蚀 性较差.在修饰液中加入乙二胺和溶纤剂等助剂,可在电极表面形成一层稳定的彩色修饰膜 ,铬酸盐封闭处理能增强修饰电极的抗蚀效果.极化曲线测试结果表明,抗蚀层阻滞了氧的 阴极还原反应及阳极反应,提高了Fe-W合金镀层在中性NaCl介质中的耐蚀性.
Modification of amorphous Fe-W alloy deposit by 8-H Q using electrochemical method and its corrosion resistance were researched in t his paper.A film was formed on the surface of amorphous Fe-W alloy deposit after anodic oxidation in sodium borate solution containing 8-HQ,but its corrosion re sistance was poor.A stable chromatic passive film could be obtained after diamin e being added into the above solution,and passivation in a chromate system could improve the corrosion resistance of Fe-W alloy in NaCl solution.Polarization cu rves showed that the film could block the cathodic and anodic reaction.
