以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、1,4-丁二醇(BD0)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为主要原料,采用全氟乙基辛醇(FEOH)封端改性,制备了含全氟烷基侧链的阳离子含氟水性聚氨酯.通过红外光谱(IR)对聚合物结构进行了表征,测量了涂膜与水和乙二醇的接触角,用表面电子能谱仪(ESCA)检测了聚氨酯成膜后的含氟成分的分布情况,并考察了该涂膜的耐热性和耐蚀性能.研究发现,全氟烷基聚氨酯成膜时产生了较大取向作用,含氟基团向空气/聚合物界面伸展,有明显的"趋表"现象,这有利于形成低能表面,对聚合物内部分子形成了很好地保护作用,使涂膜具有较高的耐热性及优异的耐蚀性能.
