采用溶液共混法制备了一系列不同水杨酸含量的水扬酸.壳聚糖/聚乙烯(SA—CS/PVA)共混膜,用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等对共混膜进行表征,并对其透气性和力学性能进行测试。结果表明,当水杨酸含量≤30%时,SA与CS、PVA具有良好的相客性;水杨酸的加入使共混膜表面的粗糙度增加;共混膜的透气性、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随水杨酸含量的增加而减小。
A series of salicylic acid-chitosan-poly(vinyl alcohol) blend films were prepared by the solution method with different contents of salicylic acid. The obtained blend films were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and AFM. The water vapor transmission rate and mechanical properties behavior were also studied. The results indicate there was good miscibility among salicylic acid, chitosan and poly (vinyl alcohol) when the mass fraction of SA≤ 30 %. The surface roughness of CS/PVA blend film increases after the addition of salicylic acid. The water vapor transmission rate and the mechanical properties of blend films decrease with the contents of salicylic acid increasing.
