目前,关于感应加热电磁场对Ni/Al粉末混合物加热机制以及原料粒度对合成产物微观形貌和性能的影响报道较少.采用电磁感应加热的方式对Ni粉和Al粉压坯进行点火触发自蔓延合成反应,生成NiAl金属间化合物.利用XRD、SEM、EDS、纳米压痕等测试技术分析了生成物的相组成、微观结构和力学性能.结果表明:在原料中Al粉的粒径足够大时,电磁感应加热辅助自蔓延合成NiAl金属间化合物能够实现全液相合成NiAl单相,持续加载的电磁场、较大的线圈电流可能会抑制晶粒的长大,提高合成产物的力学性能.
