强流脉冲电子束照射下40Cr试样表面熔坑现象随照射次数的变化而改变.通过金相显微镜观察得到试样表面粗糙度随熔坑的变化趋势,同时观察截面的金相组织,分别测量不同照射次数下试样的表面与截面硬度,在此基础上分析照射次数对试样硬度的影响.采用摩擦磨损试验测试不同照射次数下试样的表面耐磨性能,结果表明经25次照射后试样磨痕宽度减小、磨损体积缩小.
