以硅代铅通过变质处理制备了含硅无铅环境友好型易切削黄铜,并研究了变质处理对γ相形貌、硬度以及硅黄铜切削性能的影响。结果表明:变质处理不仅可改变γ相的形态,使其成点状弥散分布于β相中,而且可有效降低γ相的硬度;γ相与β相的相界处存在间隙,切削时能起到很好的断屑作用。
A environment-friendly lead-free cutting silicon-brass was prepared by replace lead with silicon and modification treatment, and the effects of modification treatment on morphology, hardness of γ phase and the cutting performance of the silicon-brass were studied. The results show that modification treatment not only changed y-phasers morphology and made it distribute diffusely in β phase in a point-like form, but also could effectively reduce the microhardness of γphase. The gap between γ phase and β phase could play a good role for chip breaking during cutting.
