研究了国内现代电弧炉炼钢高效化的电能消耗和能量消耗的状况。研究中选取了3家有代表性的特钢生产企业,2个对比年度的电弧炉炼钢及其前后步5个工序的原料和介质消耗数据约12000个,计算烧结、高炉炼铁、直接还原铁、炼钢、轧钢5个工序的电耗和能耗值,还定义了这5个工序的电耗、能耗加权值为全流程的电耗、能耗值。结果表明,近年来国内电弧炉炼钢炉料结构增加热铁水后,虽然生产效率提高,并且炼钢工序吨坯电耗、能耗和全流程吨坯电耗均有明显降低,但全流程吨坯能耗却大幅度上升。
Energy consumption of high efficiency EAF steelmaking was analysed. 12,000 data at 5 production steps at three EAF steelmakers were collected and analyzed to get specific power and energy consumption of sintering, iron making, DRI making, steelmaking in EAF and hot rolling. And the whole ministeel route was defined to be composed of these 5 steps. It showed that the high efficiency EAF steelmaking has made great progress with hot metal charge in reducing specific power consumption of EAF steelmaking and whole ministeel route,but the specific energy consumption of whole ministeel route has been increased obviously.
